Team Autumn 2023
Lennart is a second-year business administration student at the University of St. Gallen. He previously worked at SAP´s consulting division and the corporate finance mid-market boutique Saxenhammer. He also participated in the Spring Insight Program of Citigroup, where he will be interning as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2023.
Elena is a second-year business administration student at the University of St. Gallen. She has gained previous work experience while interning at Deloitte, Verdane Capital and Giesecke+Devrient. She will be interning as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Rothschild in London next summer.
Leon is a first-year computer science student at the University of St. Gallen. As a scholarship holder of the Claussen-Simon Foundation, he studied business informatics in parallel to school. He is active in the IT lab of the Young Liberals Munich, the youth organisation of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) Germany.
David is a first-year economics student at the University of St. Gallen. Passionate about finance and economics, David is also a Global Markets Editor at SGFER and has completed a certified course on derivatives. He looks forward to gaining more practical experience in the future.
Alina is a second-year Business Administration student. Her passion for business and economics arose through various internships at The Herold Homes, Miele and recently at Accenture. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge of the finance industry as Head of Marketing.

Ferdinand is a third year business administration student at the University of St. Gallen currently spending his exchange at Harvard. Ferdinand previously interned in public equities at a Zurich based hedge fund as well as an activist hedge fund in London. Prior to that, he gathered experience working at two large funds in public equities and fixed income. Ferdinand is a passionate golfer and skier.

He recently spent 3 months at Goldman Sachs’s Frankfurt office in the M&A division. He is an avid sports fan and is also passionate about aviation and photography.

He gained prior work experience in diverse contexts at companies such as Allianz, Ceezer, Celonis and Deloitte. This summer he interned in the Investment Banking division of Morgan Stanley and will join Bridgepoint’s Private Equity team next summer.
Jan is a first-year Master in Banking and Finance student. He completed his Bachelor at the University of Mannheim and previously interned at Macquarie, Transfer Partners, and Deutsche Börse. Next, he will be joining J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

During the upcoming summer, he will be joining Credit Suisse’s large cap investment banking team in Zurich as an intern. In his free time, you’ll often find him with a book in hand or on the slopes in the Swiss Alps.

Manfred is a third-year business administration student and will intern in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan in Frankfurt. Previously he interned at ACXIT Capital Partners and KPMG.
Noemi is an M.A. Candidate in Banking and Finance. She has gained experience in auditing, asset management and investment banking. In the winter she will be joining the M&A team at Macquarie. At HIC, she is the Head of the Women in Finance Chapter.
Constantin is a second-year Business Administration student, currently working for FinTech platform Gain.pro. His previous experience includes, participating in J.P. Morgan’s Spring Week 2020, co-founding a student-run financial research company and interning at a mid-market M&A boutique in Germany.
Sophie completed her Bachelor in Economics at the HSG and she started with Masters in Banking and Finance in September. During her studies she was a board member of the CF and member of AIESEC. She completed a 5-months internship at EY in audit, focusing on the energy and commodity trading industry. She is passionate about the Japanese culture, studied the language for 7 years and went to Keio University in Tokyo for her undergraduate exchange semester.

This past April, he participated in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Spring Insight. Most recently, Rayan interned at HQLAx, a European financial technology firm providing an innovative market solution for securities lending.
Luca is a B.A. candidate in business administration. In his first year, he joined Morgan Stanley’s ISG Spring Insight Programme in Frankfurt and interned at a small PE fund in Vienna. Before he enrolled at university, he professionally organized music events, volunteered in various charities and served in the Austrian army.
Anna is a third-year business administration student with previous experience in consulting, Cyber Security, including an internship at the Deloitte Risk Advisory division. At the HIC, she is the Head of Marketing.
Valentin is a third-year economics student. Next to his studies he was involved in organisation of numerous events at the university. He is currently working as a research assistant at one of the HSG institutes and writing his bachelor thesis by conducting sentiment analysis of US Federal Reserve announcements with a view to find different effects on financial markets.

Currently, she is completing her bachelor thesis where she analyses the effect of the introduction of negative interest rates on the asset allocation strategy of pension funds in Switzerland.
Dmitry is currently at the end of his PhD studies at the University of St. Gallen. His research covers quantitative aspects of risk premia in FX and international fixed income markets. He works as a quant analyst managing a systematic portfolio of global equities, and develops deep learning models for portfolio management.

Constantin is a third-year Business Administration student with previous experience in Private Equity and M&A, including internships at Carlyle, Bank of America Merril Lynch and McKinsey. He previously was president of the Bankers' Club.
Lynn is a candidate for M.A. in Strategy and International Management. During her bachelor studies at the University of St. Gallen, she was involved in various student organisations. Furthermore, she has gained experience in the real estate industry at McMakler, in private banking at LGT, and in private equity at Invision. At HIC, she is the head of the Women in Finance Chapter.
Steven is a final year master student, currently completing his double degree in Banking and Finance as well as CEMS MIM. After graduation he will join the UBS M&A team in London. Prior, he worked in various fields around the world, including consulting and investment banking. At the HIC, Steven focuses on quantitative subjects due to his strong interest and experience in FinTech and Machine Learning.
Manfred is a first-year business administration student and is currently doing an internship at KPMG in Vienna. This spring, he was part of the Deutsche Bank Spring-Week program and organizes various workshops in corporate finance. Prior to his studies he gained experience in a tax consulting agency and is responsible for all financial matters of the HIC.
Patrick is a BA Candidate in Business Administration. He has taken a year off from studies to receive insights at several industries across various locations. Having interned in the field of M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte in Frankfurt, as the Executive Assistant of the CEO of Audi Hungaria in Györ, in Private Equity at BlackRock in Zürich and in the creative industry for Red Bull's advertising agency in London. Now his responsibilities include all matters of sustainable and impact investing focused events and the maintenance of the outer relationship between the club, the students and corporates.
Stefan is a BA Candidate in Economics. Prior to studying, he gained experience working various roles in real estate. He reached 2nd place at a major trading competition successfully trading commodity market and FX instruments. In our student organisation he leads EIKON trainings.
Nicolas is a first-year Economics student. Prior to his studies, he accomplished an apprenticeship in a private bank in Geneva and interned in an early-stage VC fund. This spring he was part of Bank of America Merill Lynch Spring Internship. And will be joining the M&A team at Pepsico in the summer.

Géraldine is currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in her fifth semester. She completed an internship in HR at Bernina and was responsible for the recruitment and training of employees. Having a previous academic background in media and communication, she leads all marketing activities of the student organisation.
Cecilia is an exchange student at the University of St.Gallen. She pursues her MSc in Finance degree at Nova SBE. She joined our team this semester to lead organisation of social events.
Etienne is a second-year Business Administration student. Prior to studying, he interned at a Private Equity firm called Partners Group AG. He also gained valuable experience in an IT Consulting firm during a summer internship.
Ananda is a first-year student and currently in his Assessment year. He will be beginning a Law & Economics bachelor next year and has worked at the offices of UBS as well as in two online-based start-ups. In 2018 he will be completing a Spring Internship at Rothschild in London.

Annika is a second-year business administration student. She studied film in Los Angeles before joining HSG and has interned in the fields of clinical medicine and research. She completed her internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers in March 2018.

Dmitry is currently at the end of his PhD studies at the University of St. Gallen. His research covers quantitative aspects of risk premia in FX and international fixed income markets. He works as a quant analyst managing a systematic portfolio of global equities.

He completed his bachelor's degree at the Frankfurt School of Finance, where he founded and led the official student-run business consultancy.

Constantin is a third-year Business Administration student. With previous experience in M&A, including an internship at HSBC. As a former president of the Bankers' Club, he represents interests of this student organization in HIC.
Tetyana is a final-year Economics student. Focusing on quantitative subjects, she works as a data analyst at the Datalab St.Gallen. In the student organization, she leads the Quant resort, representing operations of the former Effektenforum club.
Stefan is a BA Candidate in Economics. Prior to studying, he gained experience working various roles in real estate. He reached 2nd place at a major trading competition successfully trading commodity market and FX instruments. In our student organisation he leads EIKON trainings.
Géraldine is currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in her fifth semester. She completed an internship in HR at Bernina and was responsible for the recruitment and training of employees. Having a previous academic background in media and communication, she leads all marketing activities of the student organisation.
Charles-Antoine is a last year economics student and will join Citi’s Corporate & Investment Banking team as an Analyst in 2019. He previously interned in Commodity Trade Finance at UBS and in Wealth Management at Lombard Odier & Cie.
Etienne is a second-year Business Administration student. Prior to studying, he interned at a Private Equity firm called Partners Group AG. He also gained valuable experience in an IT Consulting firm during a summer internship.
Ananda is a first-year student and currently in his Assessment year. He will be beginning a Law & Economics bachelor next year and has worked at the offices of UBS as well as in two online-based start-ups. In 2018 he will be completing a Spring Internship at Rothschild in London.
Eugenia is a B.A. Candidate in Economics. Next to her studies, she was involved in the organisation of various events at the university, including the assistance of two events from the European Association of Labor Economists (EALE) and the Swiss Society of Economics and Statistics (SSES). Currently, she is completing her bachelor thesis where she analyses the effect of the introduction of negative interest rates on the asset allocation strategy of pension funds in Switzerland.
Jan is an MBF student with previous experience on the buy-side. Among others, he worked as a Private Equity Intern in Singapore and in Corporate M&A positions in the United States and Germany. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Goethe University Frankfurt, where he also led the largest social entrepreneurship organisation.
Anna is a final-year Business Administration student. She worked in the Private Equity Group of Bain & Company and machine learning Start-up Leverton in London. Anna also worked for the Samwer brothers and founders of Rocket Internet as an Investment Scout for the Global Founders Fund. She supported the university's Private Equity Club as a board member and previously organised the university's Private Equity days.
Currently, she is working as an Investment Analyst at US Private Equity firm The Blackstone Group.

Annika is a second-year business administration student. She studied film in Los Angeles before joining HSG and has interned in the fields of clinical medicine and research. She completed her internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers in March 2018.

Dmitry is currently at the end of his PhD studies at the University of St. Gallen. His research covers quantitative aspects of risk premia in FX and international fixed income markets. He works as a quant analyst managing a systematic portfolio of global equities.

Andreas is a final-year Masters in Banking and Finance student. He will be joining the M&A team of Perella Weinberg Partners in London and has previously interned in M&A with Morgan Stanley and Lazard. He was a visiting Associate at the Private Equity FUnd Ardian.
Jan-Philip currently completes an internship in the European Private Equity team of Partners Group and has previously interned with the Boston Consulting Group and in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays. He completed his bachelor's degree at the Frankfurt School of Finance, where he founded and led the official student-run business consultancy.

Previously he interned at Deutsche Bank's Leveraged Finance Division, E&Y's Transaction Advisory Services, the Business Development Division of N26 and the Corporate Strategy Division of Bertelsmann.
Josef is a third-year Economics student and has completed a summer internship in Porr's Corporate Development division. He is student representative in the School of Economics and Political Science.
